You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and you may not impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive or misleading. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You own the content you create on GameGrades: your grades, reviews, lists, and profile. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your review on a game's page or including your score in community averages). You can delete your content at any time, and this license ends when the content is removed, except where it has already been aggregated into anonymous community statistics.

Game titles, metadata, cover art, and related materials displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are provided through sources such as IGDB and Steam. GameGrades is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Twitch, or any game publisher.
The GameGrades desktop app is provided as a convenience for accessing the Service and is licensed to you, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or modify it except where the law permits.
GameGrades is an independent project provided free of charge. We work to keep the Service fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameGrades and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is currently zero).
You can stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service or its community.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
